From the design stage projects are handled by detailers with over 20
years experience in the Steel Framing
Industry. From here they are passed on
to the work shop were an experienced team of welders manufacture all of the Frames, Trusses and Flooring Systems
if required.

There is a strong emphasis on effective communication among the employees
at 21st Century Steel Homes thus ensuring that each project is handled accurately and efficiently.

Once manufacturing of each project is completed, all of the framing members
are delivered to site promptly where they-

are erected by a team of licenced
carpenters, well familiar with the system used by this company.

Once again, these carpenters are
in contact with the 21st Century administration on a daily basis
to ensure that all activities are managed according to the plans.

Upon Frame completion each
Client receives their Engineer
Frame Approval along with the reassured feeling that they have made the right decision by dealing with 21st Century Steel Homes.
