After years of hard-work and persistence their efforts culminated in the
development of display homes in Edens Landing,
Gaven Heights, Monterey Keys, Arundel, Oxenford,
Labrador and Runaway Bay Lagoon.
During this period, Steel Frame
construction was the primary method
used in Jay and Gloria's operations
serving their already firm position about
its effectiveness and superiority over Timber.
At the same time this opinion was
being complemented by the quality of
the
houses that they were building.

Noticing
the growing enthusiasm in the market about Steel Frame construction, Jay
and Gloria decided it was time
to focus their operations away from building and towards the manufacturing
and supplying of Steel Frames.
In 1999, 21st Century Steel Homes
began operating as a manufacturer
of Welded Steel Frame members, supplying their product to Builders,
Home-Owner Builders and Developers
alike. Within only a couple of years their reputation for quality service
throughout South East Queensland had become firmly established.
|
What distinguishes 21st Century Steel Homes from other Steel Frame manufacturers
is their use of a welded system as opposed to one that is Pop-Riveted.
Such a system has in their opinion and in the opinions of their large
cliental base, resulted in a product that is superior in terms of its
performance, stability and strength.
Another major advantage lies in the flexibility and versatility of the
materials produced.
